Some problems can occur with files that are stored on your computer called "cookies" if we have uploaded new pages they may not have been refreshed in your browser.

Some easy steps  when using microsoft internet explorer:

click on "tools", "internet options", a dialog box will open, one section is labeled "temporary internet files", click on "delete cookies" and "delete files". once this is done you can click ok and close the browser and restart.

click on "tools", the options dialog box will open. Click "privacy" and from here you will be able to "clear cookies" and erase other private data stored in the browser. Close firefox and restart.

Other problems with your computer and web surfing can sometimes easily be fixed by simply rebooting your machine.

The best way to start is by just taking the time to browse through the website, looking at the pages and products.

Once you see things you like, you can select them by putting a quantity in the box near the "buy now" button and then clicking the "buy now" button. If there are other options available within the product a box will come up asking you to select an option (eg colour or size). In the next step a  box will open asking if you want to put it in your basket. Click "add to basket". When you're finished shopping you can click on the page called "basket" which will contain the items you want to buy. At this stage you are able to change things like quantities, and delete product if you decide so. Clicking on "checkout" button will take you to our secure paysite where you are able to put in your credit card details, delivery address, home address and special notes to us (like need goods urgently or send it to my friend or leave parcel at back door...etc). Once this is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email that you can print of keep as a reference of your order (no c/card details will be on the email). Its as easy as that! Your goods will arrive shortly...

Provided we have the product in stock and you live in Australia you should receive your order within a couple of days.

If you live in the Sydney metro area you can opt to use our courier service so long as the order can be safely received (refer to terms/shipping for more details).

If you live overseas you will be notified by us via email.

 On the rare occasion that you have been waiting longer that 5 days and your order hasn't turned up, please call us ASAP, it usually means that something's happened. (if you live in a unit, sometimes the doorman or concierge may have it)
